The University of Central Arkansas鈥檚 College of Business is located in the city of Conway, just north of Little Rock. The college offers both fulland part-time programs, as well as online classes in major fields of study including accounting, economics, finance, information systems, management, and marketing. UCA is known for being 鈥渃ost efficient鈥 and for its 鈥渄iversity,鈥 鈥渉igh academic standards,鈥 and 鈥渟mart and easygoing professors.鈥 For those looking to learn from home, students say, 鈥淯CA has made huge strides with online courses.鈥 Most 鈥淢BA course are now offered online making it more convenient for those students that work full-time.鈥 Many MBA candidates received their undergraduate degrees from UCA and returned, a testament to the quality of education. On such returning student notes: 鈥淭he college is growing constantly鈥 and the 鈥淢BA program is improving.鈥 鈥淲e got a new building and facility for business program right when I completed my undergraduate, so now during my MBA I am able to utilize those facilities and technologies.鈥
The professors are 鈥渜uite knowledgeable of the materials they teach鈥 according to recent students, and 鈥渢he school has good equipment, and a lot of resources.鈥 鈥淭he professors help make the school great,鈥 notes another. 鈥淚 would argue they are as good as any in the area.鈥 Professors are 鈥渉elpful鈥 and 鈥渁ccessible for additional assistance if needed.鈥 All the 鈥減rofessors are really nice and try to help,鈥 say one student. The 鈥渋nformation presented is academically sound and very relatable to real world life.鈥 Students feel that their input is welcomed in class and appreciate the use of 鈥渨ork experience鈥 and realworld 鈥渆xamples to help teach the class.鈥 While some students laud the 鈥渋nteractive鈥 nature of their classes, others say that though they learn and discuss 鈥渞eal life situations and cases,鈥 鈥淯CA is still very traditional in how it teaches and tests.鈥 Overall students find their professors 鈥渧ery easy to work with.鈥 The course work may be 鈥渧ery hard, but because students and professors are friendly,鈥 students 鈥渟till enjoy going to this school.鈥
