Application Process
6 Steps to Becoming a Princeton Review Teacher
How does applying work?
Apply
- You’ll start by completing our online application.
Qualify
- We’ll then ask you to take a qualifying exam in each test type you’re interested in teaching. You can take as many as you like, and you must pass by your second attempt in order to be approved.
Interview
- It’s time to meet you!
Audition
- Show us your presentation skills. Auditions could take place in person or online depending on location.
Background Check
- You must authorize and pass a background check before you start training.
Training
- Once you’re approved, you’ll attend one of our 2-to-5-week training programs for each test-type you applied to teach. The training program is paid and will involve self-paced, online assignments as well as in-person work with a trainer. In-person sessions take place on weekends.
Once you’re approved, we’ll enroll you in the next available training, but depending on the subject and time of year, you may need to wait a little while.
