Student Body

OKCU鈥檚 community of students is 鈥渋ncredibly welcoming鈥 and 鈥渟upportive.鈥 Most have 鈥渁 love for the arts鈥 and are 鈥減rogress-oriented.鈥 Another 鈥渓arge portion鈥 of the student population is 鈥渋nvolved in university athletics,鈥 including international students. 鈥淭here is so much talent here,鈥 says one student. 鈥淵ou hear music from everywhere or someone rehearsing their dialogue for their plays.鈥 Students praise the 鈥済reat deal of diversity鈥 across religion, culture, and age-range. Campus Life

Students at OKCU love the 鈥渂eautiful campus鈥 and an environment that provides 鈥渟upport and love from students and faculty鈥 alike. Students enjoy 鈥渢he dedication to Greek life,鈥 are generally involved in multiple extracurricular activities and organizations on campus, and otherwise fulfill the promise of the school鈥檚 nickname, 鈥淥ver Committed University.鈥 These commitments, however, are usually drawn on 鈥減assion,鈥 and students often put in extra work to help each other.
