Academics
A private college in South Carolina, Clinton College delivers a culturally sensitive curriculum centered around scholarship, social change, spirituality, and service. Clinton鈥檚 central programs are divided across four divisions. Students can earn an associate degree in Education and Liberal Arts, or up to a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Religious and Ministry Studies, Business and Leadership, or Science and Technology. Career
The oldest educational institution in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Clinton College鈥檚 brick buildings house a diverse community of students committed to academic excellence. To develop a familial community on campus, all first- and second-year students live on campus, with female students in Cauthen Hall and male students in Marshall Hall. Much of the school鈥檚 Golden Bear spirit centers around athletics, and Clinton enjoys a double affiliation with the USCAA and NJCAA. Athletes compete in cheerleading and men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 basketball. The basketball program itself dates back over 60 years, and the women鈥檚 head coach was recently recognized as USCAA coach of the year. Club offerings at the school include student government, philanthropic organizations, drumline, and the Clinton branch of the NAACP.
Culture
The Beacon Academic Success Center is an excellent resource for students. The center helps students in their job search and matches students with internship opportunities. Clinton shows its commitment to career success in a variety of ways, including advising students on their resume, preparing for interviews, and leveraging social media in their job search and career. Students are also given real-world experience through the Work Program (which also has a corporate
