Armed with a 鈥渟trong reputation鈥 coupled with a 鈥渟trong commitment to the Jesuit ideals of serving others,鈥 it鈥檚 no surprise that students flock to attend Fairfield University鈥檚 MBA program. Students here greatly appreciate that the school 鈥渃aters to people who work full time.鈥 Moreover, Fairfield offers 鈥渟mall class sizes,鈥 鈥渁n extensive alumni network,鈥 and 鈥済reat business contacts.鈥 Although the school offers a 鈥渃hallenging curriculum,鈥 some students feel that it is time for an overhaul or update. As one slightly chagrined student explains, 鈥淭he University should take the time to conduct a thorough overview of its curriculum and concentrations. It could use some refreshing.鈥

Fortunately, students are ebullient when it comes to describing their professors. They are truly 鈥渄edicated and experienced professionals鈥 who are 鈥渧ery knowledgeable, accessible and open-minded.鈥 They 鈥渆ncourage students to think for themselves, even if that means challenging the professors in class.鈥 Additionally, they are highly accessible. Another highly content student shares, 鈥渕any of them will go out to lunch or coffee and explain concepts or help with networking.鈥 Though the vast 鈥渕ajority of the school鈥檚 professors care a lot about the quality of their teaching鈥 some students feel that there鈥檚 room for improvement. A second-year student clarifies, 鈥淣ewer, younger professors with more current experience would be a welcome improvement to the program. I would like to have more women professors, as well.鈥 However, she does conclude by stating, 鈥淥verall I am very happy with my academic experience at Fairfield University and have learned a lot.鈥
