The MBA degree at the School of Business Administration at Oakland University builds upon a solid understanding of business and global fundamentals, adding in the leadership tools of a successful manager, such as sharing information effectively and working with scarce resources. The 鈥渘o-hassle approach to the curriculum鈥 is caseand action-based, and classes for the standard Part-Time program meet on weeknights from Monday to Thursday, with some available online. Concentrations are offered in 10 different areas (including Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, and Supply Chain Management). Overall, the 鈥渃lass schedule is manageable for those who need to work while going to school.鈥 And for the students coming directly from college, the school provides 鈥渁 streamlined transition from their undergrad to graduate within the school of business.鈥

Professors here are 鈥渞eally awesome, helpful, smart, and difficult teachers,鈥 with students saying that 鈥渢he industry-based professors are the best.鈥 One shares, 鈥淭he school benefits from professors connected to the real world and [who] have worked outside of academia.鈥 Oakland provides a 鈥渟mall school experience鈥 in which any student 鈥渃an easily get help from professors鈥 who provide 鈥渟o many opportunities.鈥 The students all work closely together too, as 鈥渢here are a lot of group projects.鈥 As for the facilities themselves, they have 鈥渧ery good integration with technology,鈥 so 鈥渋t鈥檚 enjoyable being on campus.鈥
